Hi! I'm James. That handsome devil over yonder. I would describe my humor as 50% self-deprecating, 50% false self-confidence, with a dash of snark, a pinch of sarcasm, and a sprinkle of wide-eyed optimism. So, a typical writer, then.

My career and training began as a journalist and I was fortunate enough to cover numerous beats, including SaaS start-ups and enterprise technology.

Most recently, I was at a Boston healthcare technology vendor leading brand journalism, marketing, and sales content efforts.

As far as you and I are concerned, I'm now using my B2B content strategy and execution chops to help companies augment their own internal resources to produce and develop consistent content messaging across the entire sales and marketing funnel.  

When I'm not thinking about how content can drive business results, I'm learning as much as I can to become a continuously better person and solve the puzzle that is life -- often by yakking about craft beer, lamenting how I didn't grow up to become Indiana Jones, or checking out as many concerts as possible when my infant daughter will permit. And I share all this over on the Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, or Snapchat. (Though truth be told, I'm taking a bit of a social media diet these days.)
